“Stayca didn’t start as a business plan — it started with a bet on ourselves. In 2023, Isaac & LaShawnda launched their first short-term rental, figuring it out from scratch. No management company, no playbook. Just two owners learning what actually moves the needle — pricing, guest experience, listing presentation, and the hundred small details that separate a good review from a great one.
By summer 2024 we had our second property, and owners in our network started asking us to manage theirs. That’s when Stayca was born.
We started this because we believe short-term rentals are one of the most accessible paths to financial freedom available today — but only when they’re run right. Our mission is simple: help owners build real income from their properties, give guests experiences they talk about for years, and prove that boutique management done with intention beats volume management every time.”
